Information for vendors

Before going into the details, we would like to highlight the following rules for vendors:

• The vendor takes all responsibility for his activities at MondoCon. It is the vendor’s, and not MondoCon’s responsibility to be informed about all the rules and regulations concerning his activities, and to follow all these rules and regulations (for example food safety, copyright issues and such).
• The sale of “bootlegs” are not tolerated at the convention. Doing so can result in the expulsion of the Vendor from the event.
• It is forbidden to sell sharp bladed weapons (including replicas).

We will arrange the desks into “islands”, as seen in the example floorplan below.

• You can choose from booths of different sizes and arrangements.
• These arrangements are fixed, you are not allowed to the tables around or to expand your area in any other way.
• The arrangements in the sample are just the most frequent examples, other configurations can be available, depending on the circumstances.

It is possible to bring your own furniture (e.g. desks, shelves, stands, rollups) with the following restrictions:

• Please let us know in advance what furniture or other tools you bring for complete the vendor’s place.
• The installation you create must fit within the allocated area.
• With the exception of flags, there is a height limit of 220 cms.

Standalone installations

It is also possible to build a standalone booth. Please send us the installation’s blueprint or visual design, and we will send you a custom pricing. We can also help you rent pieces of furniture for such an installation.

The Artist Alley has a fixed arrangement, and artists choose their tables on a first come first served basis. The arrangement of the Artist Alley is shown on the map below, with table numbers. During your registration to the Artist Alley, please write to us which table you would like to rent.
